- Typical adhesive deposition is a minimum of 0.8 mil dry for most applications.
- Drying in a forced air, multi - temperature zone oven is recommended.
- The first zone should be the highest temperature possible without affecting substrates or causing adhesive blistering. Subsequent zones should be progressively higher in temperature to avoid substrate curling.
- Drying is a function of air/web temperature, air volume, adhesive deposition, and dwell time (line speed).
Note: As with all pressure sensitive materials, this product should be tested thoroughly under end - use conditions to ensure it meets the requirements of the specific application. This product has not been assessed for medical applications.

Storage & Handling
- Shelf Life
- 4 months
- Storage Information
- When stored in original unopened containers, product is stable for a minimum of 4 months in unopened containers.
- Product is not freeze - thaw stable and therefore should be stored above 40°F.
- Keep drums covered to prevent contamination and skinning.
- Rotate stock using the oldest material first.
- Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use and do not mix with any other products.
- Do not add thickeners, wetting agents, defoamers or other modifiers without first consulting your Henkel technical service representative.
- Clean up with water or water/soap solution while the adhesive is wet.
- After the adhesives dries, organic solvents such as methyl ethyl ketone or isopropyl alcohol are effective.
- Migratory materials in some face stocks and end - use substrates. e.g.. vinyl films and foams, may affect performance.
- It is recommended that product be thoroughly tested for suitability in a particular application before large - scale use is attempted.
