EPOXY RESIN BFE-170

This product is a low-viscosity epoxy resin made from Bisphenol F and epichlorohydrin, free of diluents. It can be used alone or blended with other liquid epoxy resins. Common applications encompass building and civil engineering, such as flooring compounds, adhesives, mortars, and grouts, as well as filament winding for composites. It's ideal for solvent-free and high-solids coatings.

    Recommended Applications
    • BFE170 should be stored at room temperature in conditions such thatmoisture is excluded, in the original containers kept tightly closed.
    • Under these conditions the shelf life should be a minimum of three years from date of certification.
    • If BFE170 develops a haziness or crystallizes on storage, this can be dispersed and the resin restored to its original condition by warming to 55 - 65°C, with stirring.
