Akolec® RL

This product is a water-dispersible liquid that appears red in food and beverages. Its ingredients include red beet juice concentrate, caramelized sugar flavor, glycerin, water, citric acid, medium-chain triglycerides, ascorbic acid, food starch modified, eta-carotene color, tocopherols, and potassium sorbate. This pigment is allergen-free, GMO-free, Halal, nanomaterial-free, natural, naturally derived, pareve, and plant-based. It is free of major allergens.

This product is a clear, water-white, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor. Its primary application is in gas treatment, where it has been developed to selectively remove hydrogen sulfide from gas streams containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide mixtures. It can also be effectively used in sweet gas treatment to meet variable carbon dioxide specifications commonly found in the natural gas industry.
