OCTOSPERSE 839 is a great dispersant, providing optimal dispersancy for most particles under a broad range of manufacturing conditions. The material has a strong attraction to particle surfaces, allowing maximum dispersant absorption and preventing particle aggregation. This product is a sulfonated terpolymer designed to provide excellent calcium phosphate scale inhibition. Due to its unique chemical composition, it will also perform as a dispersant for iron oxide (hydrated) and as a stabilizer for zinc. This product polymer shows good thermal stability. This material prevents the precipitation of calcium phosphate.

Storage and Handling Information: Containers should be kept tightly closed; avoid direct sources of heat or sunlight when possible. Make sure the part drum is used quickly and that all stock is rotated on a first-in, first-out basis. Protect from freezing. Store at 40 – 90 deg. F. Contents should be stirred using mechanical agitation prior to use. Shelf life expected one year from date of manufacture provided the material is stored at proper temperatures and containers remain tightly closed.
