- A versatile, economical, biodegradable anionic surfactant.
- Can be used to make both liquid and dry products.
- Can be neutralized with wide range of inorganic bases and organic amines to give a range of sulfonates with properties of choice.
- Used in all types of household, institutional & industrial cleaners which include laundry, dishwash, hard surface cleaners, automobile wash, liquid detergents, general purpose detergents, multipurpose cleaners etc.
- Used as intermediate in formulating emulsifiers, wetting and foaming agents.
- Effective surfactant in acidic products like Dairy cleaners, aluminum cleaners.
