This product is a multi-purpose, high-performance formulated additive package designed primarily for greases and lubricants to protect critical bearing and gear surfaces during their service duration. It provides maximum protection against extreme pressures, high wear, and corrosion for applications involving high-load operations in many industrial, off-road, marine, hydraulic, and pipeline applications. It has been tested and proven to outperform other similar competitive EP packages in greases and lubricants.

    • Octolube NGST treats up to 5 wt%, or higher concentrations pending on application severity, in lithium, calcium, other soap-based greases and Group I – IV base oils.
    • It could also be applied directly to bearings and gears, initially if desired, to aid in break-in.
    • Octolube NGST provides a durable boundary film that mitigates wear and corrosion under the most severe environmental conditions.
    • Field applications tested: railway, bearings, gear boxes, hydraulic systems, compressors, rear axle hypoids, engine dynamometers, wind turbine bearings & gears, drag racing & tractors.

    Storage Conditions
    • This product should be stored indoors and be used on a first-in, first-out basis.
    • Recommended product containers are lined and should be kept tightly closed.
    • Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use with adequate ventilation.
    • Make sure any partial product in a drum is used quickly and that all stock is rotated on a first-in, first-out basis.
    • Store between 60 to 1250F (16 to 520C).
    • Shelf life is two years from date of manufacture provided the material is stored within all recommendations and containers are kept tightly closed.
