TECHNOMELT® 2761

TECHNOMELT 2761 is a food packaging hot melt adhesive for case, carton, and tray formation, suitable for sift-proof and fragrance resistance applications.

Prealiminary Statement
Prior to application it is necessary to read the Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. Also, for chemical products exempt from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should always be observed. Working Temperature
Recommended working temperature: 325 to 375 °F. The recommended application temperature is 350°F, however the specific application requirements may require customization. It is not recommended to go beyond the running temperature range. Bond quality and processing can be affected by application temperature.

Excellent adhesion to difficult to stick substrates, such as foil and poly coated board.

TECHNOMELT 2761 conforms to the FDA regulation CFR 21 175.105 for indirect food contact. The responsibility for compliance with the specific conditions is with the converter and not with the adhesive supplier. A food contact statement with further details is available on request.

Due to the variety of substrates available, glue ability of materials can be very different.Therefore pre-tests should be carried out. Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be used. Adequate ventilation is recommended when using this product. Refer to the material safety data sheet (MSDS) before handling the product.
