Application

• Recommended running temperature: 130 to 150°C

Cleaning

• For the cleaning of melting tanks and application systems, we recommend the use of our HOTMELT CLEANER Q 1924.
• For the cold cleaning of surface soilings on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, TECHNOMELT CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN can be applied.
• TECHNOMELT CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN is based on natural resources and facilitates manual cleaning even in case of pronounced charring.
• Before using TECHNOMELT CLEANER MELT-O-CLEAN, its suitability for lacquered and synthetic coated surfaces should be tested.
• During use, please follow the safety instructions.

Handling Information

• Due to the variety of substrates available, adhesion of materials can be very different. Therefore pre-tests should be carried out. See also "General Instructions for the Application of Hotmelts".

• Very good machineability.
• High cohesion to prevent adhesive tansfer to container.
• Light and transparent film to improve esthetics.

The hotmelt adhesive is wrapped in a thin film. The film dissolves together with the hotmelt in the melting pot and is incorporated into the adhesive. The usual and required properties remain absolutely unaffected in this process. This innovative packaging solution avoids unwanted packaging waste and makes the handling easier.

When stored in a dry and cool place in the original unopened containers shelf life is as follows.
