    Features & Benefits

    Product Highlights
    • Witconate™ 935 has been specially designed to provide excellent paraffin control in the treatment of production equipment and tank bottoms.
    • Witconate™ 935 gives exceptional results in downhole applications by penetrating, removing and re-dispersing paraffin accumulations in the tubing, in the pump and on the formation face.
    • When used in the treatment of flowlines, heater-treaters and other surface equipment, Witconate™ 935 will remove and re-disperse paraffin deposits, restoring optimum operating conditions.
    • Witconate™ 935 effectively re-disperses and aids in the separation of paraffin tank bottoms.
    • WitconateTM 935 may be applied alone or in conjunction with other paraffin or demulsifier chemicals for the treatment of paraffin or tank bottoms.
    • Witconate™ 935 is compatible with most demulsifiers, paraffin chemicals, additives and organic solvents typically used in the formulation of paraffin or tank bottom compounds.
    • Finished formulations containing Witconate™ 935 are suitable for use in periodic batch or continuous treatments.

    Product Applications
    • Witconate™ 935 is an alkylaryl sulfonate. Witconate™ 935 penetrates the paraffin mass and chemically coats the small paraffin particles.
    • Once coated, the particles are unable to adhere to metal surfaces or each other.
    • These coated particles re-disperse into liquid hydrocarbon and remain suspended in the oil.
    • Witconate™ 935 is also suitable as a wetting agent for synthetic fibers, and it is an emulsifier for d-limonene.
