DISAL® POWDER is a powdered product used in the building and construction industry. It is known for its high strength, improved workability, enhanced compressive strength, high durability, and improved flexural strength. This product improves the flow properties of cement mix by dispersing cement particles and breaking up agglomerates through electrostatic repulsion. It also enhances the rheological and mechanical properties of concrete.

Usage: DISAL® is a major ingredient in different types of superplasticizer formulations

    Dosage:

    • Normal dosage rate: 200 – 1000 g per 100 kg of cement
    • Other dosages may be required depending on specific conditions
    • DISAL® fluidified concrete remains workable for approximately 90 minutes at 20oC (68oF)
    • Duration of workability also depends on:
    • Type of cement
    • Nature of the aggregates
    • Method of mixing
    • Method of transportation
    • Ambient temperature
    • When added at normal dosages, it will not significantly affect the concrete’s hydration heat
