PGLCP 102KC is derived from polyglycerin and a fatty acid, is a synthetic compound of vegetable origin. This compound is biodegradable and toxicologically safe, commonly utilized as an emulsifier in cosmetic formulas. It imparts excellent skin-feel properties, high substantiality, and skin-smoothing effects. It forms creamy bubbles, which are particularly effective when combined with anionic surfactants. Additionally, it serves as an excellent thickener with good thermostable viscosity and can function as a deoactive ingredient due to its reaction to gram-positive bacteria.
