Step Procedure 1 Add EstoGel®M granules into the oily phase, heat up to 100°C and stir until EstoGel®M is melted.
2 Once EstoGel®M is melted; ensure a perfect homogeneity by stirring the mixture for 30 minutes with a saw tooth blade at 100°C
3 Cool to room temperature under stirring / hot casting is possible 4 The gel needs several hours to be fully developed at room temperature - Formulation Guidelines
