This product is a premium-grade, high-viscosity, fine-grind organic guar gum suitable for use in foods and feeds when superior whiteness, rapid hydration, and high viscosity are desired. It is a white to cream-colored powder extracted from the endosperm of guar seeds. This guar gum is both hot and cold water soluble and demonstrates high viscosity even at low concentrations in water. It exhibits non-newtonian, pseudo-plastic rheology, with viscosities that increase exponentially as concentrations in water rise.
