Performance Additives

It is a granular calcium carbonate, serving as a texturizing agent in plaster, EIFS, abrasives, PVC flooring, and oilfield drilling fluids due to its low acid insoluble content.

ESTISURF 1005 is a nonionic surfactant based on branched C10 fatty alcohol ethoxylate.

This product is a polyalkalene glycol monobutyl ether surface active agent. It is primarily used as an emulsifier and dispersing agent, which makes it useful in a variety of industrial applications. Due to its nonionic structure, this product is compatible with anionic and cationic surfactants and is stable in the presence of acids, bases, and salts.

Estisurf 970 is a nonionic emulsifier based on vegetable fatty acids. This shows remarkable blending properties with hydrocarbon solvents and fatty acid esters. This product is applied when formulating stable emulsions of oils and solvents for application as release agents, cutting fluids, industrial cleaners, hand cleaners, and similar products.

Hubercarb® W3N is a ground calcium carbonate, offering controlled ultra-fine particle distribution for coatings, plastics, PVC pipe, rubber, and oilfield drilling fluids.

Hubercarb® Q200 is a medium-fine ground calcium carbonate suitable for diverse applications including PVC flooring and oilfield drilling fluids due to its low acid insoluble content.

Hubercarb® G325 is a high-purity, medium-fine ground calcium carbonate marble deposit, ideal for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks, and concrete products, with high acid solubility for oilfield drilling fluids.

ISOLENE® 40-S is a low-molecular-weight liquid polymer derived from synthetic polyisoprene rubber. It offers the performance of natural rubber, with the added benefit of a lighter color and none of the natural impurities inherent in natural rubber products. It is a lower-viscosity liquid than the other ISOLENE® liquid rubber products. It is a translucent, honey-colored liquid in bulk form and virtually clear in a thin film.

ESTICHEM DEFOAMER 700 is based on a stabilized co-polymer dispersion. It does not contain silicone oils of the type dimethyl siloxanes. It shows excellent defoaming and deaeration properties.

Ivanhoe T-I 85 is a non-ionic, hydrophilic surfactant used to create oil-in-water (o/w) emulsions. T-I 85 is soluble in water and dispersible in vegetable oils and mineral oils. It functions as an emulsifier and stabilizer in a wide range of industrial and personal care applications. T-I 85 is especially effective at forming stable emulsions or dispersions when combined with sorbitan esters such as S-I 85 (Sorbitan Trioleate).

ESTICHEM DEFOAMER 100 FI is based on stabilized copolymer dispersion. It does not contain silicone oils of the type dimethyl siloxanes. This product is applied in cutting fluids, lubricants for wire-drawing and other metal-forming operations, degreasing agents, formulated chemical products, waste-water treatment, and other processes where effective defoaming is needed without the use of silicone oils.

HUBERCARB® W4 is a ground calcium carbonate, boasting controlled fine particle distribution for animal feed, compression molded plastics, PVC compounds, rubber, and oilfield drilling fluids.
