BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES

BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES is the residual liquid food produced during the manufacture of raw sugar. The process involves purifying cane juice, concentrating it into a thick mass, and passing it through a centrifuge to separate the crystallized sugar. The resulting molasses is characterized by its deep darkness and robust, slightly bitter-tart flavor.
