    Directions for Use
    • We recommend dissolving GRINDSTED® Pectin LA 410 S1 in water before addition to the final fruit system
    • In yoghurt, we recommend adding GRINDSTED® Pectin LA 410 S1 to the milk before pasteurisation and culturing.
