ACECEL® 200-USP/NF is a fine or granular powder with a white or almost white appearance. It is composed of free-flowing, non-fibrous particles. It exhibits the following solubility properties: it is practically insoluble in sodium hydroxide solution (1 in 20) and insoluble in water, dilute acids, and most organic solvents. Identification of this product can be confirmed as it turns violet-blue when in contact with iodinated zinc chloride solution.
