This product is a highly concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture available in two forms that are deep-frozen pelletized (DSF) and freeze-dried pelletized (DSL). They are designed for direct addition to the vat. This product cultures make up a versatile range of cultures carefully selected for enhancing flavor and/or texture in various cheese types and fermented milk applications.

    **Do not thaw pouches of pellets prior to use**
    Frozen culture in pouches thaws quickly, minimize exposure time outside of frozen conditions. It is very important that the entire package of pellets is used all at once. Due to varying densities of the pellets, these packages do not contain uniform blends so use of partial packages may result in inconsistent product performance.

    Transport conditions: All sachets are shipped in polystyrene boxes with dry ice to ensure optimum quality.
