    • Storage conditions to achieve maximum shelf life: Because STA-LITE® Polydextrose is hygroscopic care should be taken in storage of the dry product. Storage under cool and dry conditions in the original unopened container is recommended. The ideal storage temperature for the product is less than 25°C and less than 50% relative humidity. STA-LITE® will begin to absorb moisture at 50% relative humidity. Detailed information on hygroscopicity is available upon request.
