This product is prepared from fresh, fully ripened peaches that are free from storage defects. The peaches are peeled, pitted, pulped, and finished through a maximum 0.045-inch screen, then concentrated with ascorbic acid and citric acid. Then the puree is thermally processed and aseptically packed. This product does not contain any ingredients or additives other than peaches, ascorbic acid, and citric acid, or any residue of cleaning agents or disinfectants.
