AGAR TYPE 800 -(700 GEL)

This product is a hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweeds of the Rhodophyceae class, specifically from the Gracilaria genus. It complies with directives applicable to JECFA, FCC, and EC standards. Agar-agar is insoluble in cold water but soluble in boiling water, forming a gel when cooled to approximately 45°C.
