This product provides l-cysteine in an easy-to-use tablet form. l-Cysteine is a reducing agent that functions to decrease mixing time and improve the extensibility and machining of dough. These tablets resist breakage in handling yet dissolve rapidly. The tablets are typically white in appearance, and we do not tolerate more than 2% of them being broken.
