Vixim® Corn Fiber F

Vixim® Fiber F can be used in baking, cereals, snacks, nutritional bars, pasta, tortillas, products obtained from nixtamalization, sweets, condiments, chilies and other foods where it is required to increase the content of dietary sugar. Useful ingredient as extensor and gives “craft look” to snacks and food.

Two-layer kraft paper sacks with a net weight of 20 kg. Each bag must be identied with the product name, batch number and expiration date.

• Store in a clean and dry area, at room temperature and away from highly aromatic materials. If stored for a period longer than a month, store at a temperature below 25°C.
• 12 months from the date of production in unopened original bags.
